  • Why focus on women’s leadership? Because study after study has made clear that women face particular challenges throughout their careers and are dramatically underrepresented in senior leadership positions.

    I offer coaching programs to women and organizations with the aim of helping fix the “broken rung”. As a neutral, third-party with deep understanding of the sometimes subtle obstacles women face in the workplace, I can build trust and offer insights, while helping develop strategies to combat the stresses and biases that confront women as they climb up the ladder. For organizations, this can mean maintaining the pipeline of women leaders and achieving retention and diversity goals.

  • Becoming a parent and taking leave from work to care for a child – whether it be for a couple of months or a year – has an impact on every facet of life – including career. I’ve developed a coaching program that provides support to working parents and their companies around this key juncture, increasing the likelihood that parents successfully re-integrate and re-engage at work.
